   4. Internet connectivity for all workstations
   5. Electrical outlets every four feet
   6. Storage room for hardware, software and teaching materials (minimum 5'x8')
3. Specific Requirements--Room One
   1. Open Lab Area--approx. 20'x20'
      • 12 workstations
      • Small conference room
      • Convenient proximity to Library and Youth Center
   2. Office for Staff
      • Two desks
      • Two workstations
      • Phone, fax, three phone lines
      • Copier
      • Fridge/microwave
   3. Wiring Closet
      • Servers, routers, trunk lines to support entire Tech Center
4. Specific Requirements--Room Two
   1. Teaching Facility
      • Video conferencing
      • Teaching platform with computer and video conferencing controls
      • InFocus® machine, wired and hung from ceiling
      • Smart board
      • Elmo® system (opaque projector)
      • Three phone lines
      • TV/VCR
      • 15 student stations
      • No exterior windows
      • Adjacent window and doorway to Room One
