MEETING MINUTES
6:00-7:00 p.m., Helgeson Hotel Conference Room

Brochure Distribution: (Lyn Anderson) On hold at this time.

Grants: (Pam Steinbruecker, Danielle Hardy) Nothing new to report at this time.
Fund Raising: (Chris Laws, Lyn Anderson) Ticket sales for the Trailer giveaway is starting to pick up somewhat. Holidays created slow sales. It was discussed that it was time to hit local outdoor groups. Guy, Will and Lorna will work on this. About 100 tickets left.
Public Relations: (Patti Peterson) Not present.
Structure Development: (Ken Hengen, Bernice Pullen) Nothing to report at this time.
Research & Development: (Pam Steinbruecker and Joanne Deyo)

VI. Old Business:
Annual Board meeting scheduled for 27th of February at 6pm at the Helgeson. Someone from Dworshak Recreation District would like to start attending meetings.
VII. New Business:
It was discussed and agreed to hold a public meeting in mid March. This meeting will inform the public where the complex is at and discuss pre-construction issues. Dennis will get in touch with Cheryl Weixel and see if she can help with planning and presentation. Items needed for the meeting were discussed (location, size, materials needed, expectations, preparation (budget presentation, advertisement, invites - recap original) what can you do forms, concessions? It will be discussed at the next meeting what information and details will be needed for the public meeting.
